perfect base for park views and vibrant mall visits

during my stay, I enjoyed the easy stroll to Parque de la Babilla, just about 900 meters away, where I could relax amidst beautiful greenery, and I loved being steps away from a fantastic shopping mall, perfect for picking up snacks and souvenirs.

I enjoyed my stay at NH Cali Royal. The pool area is lovely for breakfast, and the staff are wonderfully friendly. There were minor issues with bathroom facilities, but overall, it offered a comfortable experience that I would gladly return to. Great value for the price!

Room was super clean and had a nice seating area with a flat-screen TV. Breakfast was one of the best with fresh fruits, cheeses, and eggs made to order. The outdoor swimming pool looked amazing. The staff was polite and many spoke English. The spa offered a hot tub and full body massage. Great location near malls for shopping.

The staff were incredibly attentive, especially Bonifacio and Jasmine, who went out of their way to help us when one of our babies had a cold. The breakfast was delicious, with so many tasty options that everyone enjoyed, even our little ones.

My kids wished there was a small play area for children to enjoy more while we relaxed.

However, some furniture in the room could use an update, as the decor feels a bit dated. The location near a shopping center was convenient yet offered a bit of noise at times due to street activity.

The pool area is a perfect spot to unwind after a long day. I truly appreciated how comfortable the bed was. it ensured restful nights following our busy days. The view from the room was lovely, offering a nice cityscape to enjoy each morning.

Enjoyed a relaxing week with a delightful breakfast by the pool. The staff made our stay special with their warm hospitality. We loved the authentic Colombian dishes in the restaurant. the quick service made dining a pleasure. Don't miss the couples massage in the spa!

The location of Nh Cali Royal impressed me greatly. It’s close to the Unicentro Mall, making it convenient to grab meals and shop. The breakfast each morning exceeded my expectations. A lovely buffet selection with attentive staff made it feel special. Housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping the room clean. The staff at the front desk were friendly, but their service felt a bit slow at times, especially when checking in. My room, while comfortable, lacked hot water for showers, which was frustrating. The furniture looked outdated, and there were insufficient towels provided. I expected a bit more in terms of amenities considering the price. Overall, I think with a few updates and improvements in water supply, it could be a fantastic stay. I would consider returning if they address these issues more seriously.
